The deposit
The deposit holds your time slot and comes off the total of your appointment. You pay me the rest at the studio.
Moving or cancelling your appointment
You can cancel your appointment, or move it once, at no cost if you let me know 48 h ahead.
If you don't show up
If you don't show up for your appointment, I don't refund the deposit.
If I cancel
If I cancel, I refund your full deposit (art. 90 LFPC).
If you paid at OXXO
If you paid at OXXO and you're due a refund, I send it by bank transfer.
If you're running late
If you're running late, let me know. I wait up to [GRACE PERIOD] min after your time. If you arrive later, [WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR APPOINTMENT].
